My role as Shift Leader at Campus Weather Service (CWS) honed my communication skills as I instructed students in forecasting basics, conducted briefings, and managed a diverse team. This position refined my negotiation skills, ensuring operational continuity despite scheduling challenges. As a broadcaster in 2022 and 2025, I participated in diverse projects, such as radio hits, live forecasts, and discussions. After a rigorous selection process, I was chosen in 2023 to serve on CWS' Live Broadcast Team where I provided specialized written and recorded forecasts for severe weather events.
